Here's what I suggest, work out a agreement to have the shocks tested at Buddy Club, the original owner should be able to convince BC to fix them under warranty of they are blown or need work.
That sounds like a good idea to me. Thanks again for your input.

I'll post up my email since apparently none ofmy pm, emails exist

I've been thinking and going over this a great deal. Given your limited automotive knowledge and the fact that you had neither the correct tools or an accomplished mechanic, I will not be refunding you the money. When you initially installed the coilovers, if such a problem was present, I would expect anyone in your position to either not operate the vehicle or to find a way to correctly install them. There has been a great deal of confusion on what the coilovers have been doing, if they were making a sound and such. I believe the sound you are hearing is from your axle nuts.

Either way, I do not understand why you continued to operate on the coilovers. I had the coilovers properly checked, inspected and removed before shipping them to you. I have no reason to belive that there was anything wrong with them when you received them.

I suggest you have the coilovers checked or sell them. Considering the extremely low price I sold them to you at, you should have little trouble.

I was going to have one of my friends in VA come get everything straight until you attempted to open a dispute with paypal.

Well glad to see you guys worked out a Solution.

The moral of this story is don't by used stuff unless you know exactly what you are buying and who from.

For the Seller maybe you should have stated (at the time of the sale) the items sold have no warranty and are sold as is.

Yea...no resolution...he ripped me off but whatever...I'm not stressed about it. I'll sell them as damaged or something on ebay or craigslist like they shouldve been sold originally. I might be able to get a 100-200 or something if Im lucky. I'll never buy from that jerk again. Peter put me back to stock and I'm perfectly happy for now. You guys were right....don't buy used.

call up BC and find out how much it will be to get them fixed. They may just need to be recharged.
