So you're trying to prevent the trailer itself from swaying vertically with these bars? That's not really the purpose of sway control on a trailer as far as I know. The sway control I'm familiar with is to prevent the trailer from stepping out of the same axis as your truck and possibly end up steering you somewhere against your will. The simple one you see in the picture you posted of the chain type equalizer does this well. There are a couple metal plates in there that bind up if the trailer tries to step out of line.

Actually, weight distribution is the key thing I'm looking for so the car does not have to be so perfectly placed on the trailer. It just happens when you get up into Weight DDistribution Hitches, anti-sway benefits come with it. My primary focus though is weight distribution.

Can't you just drive straight when you go up on the trailer?

It's not about car placement left to right, it's about front to rear. The equalizer bars shift that weight back and lessen the load on the trailer hitch.

I am loving my bottle of 303! I detailed most of the car today, yes me, I cleaned the S

My top and dash are SOOOOOO pretty again! I got carried away, I was only going to do the top but then it looked so good I had to do the dash, and then the seats, and then... I couldn't stop!

I am officially retiring from heavy polishing of the S.

I clayed the car today and t went fine.

Then I tried out Cubby's rotary buffer. It went *OK*, but after spending the better part of a day on a car and you have some holograms from the buffer, you are pissed.

For now on I am paying a pro to do any swirl removing. As soon as I am ready to drive again after the surgery, I am sending it to someone to be done right.

What a pain in the ass. The PC is easy to use but takes all day. The rotary is fast but hard to use.
