Well if you really want to know how/why

I've been a convertible nut since birth and a Honda nut since 1992. Way before the S2000 I discovered the S600 and had to have one.

That's the short story...

Long story:

and

The S600 site does have my acquisition of the car which is pretty amazing as well. VT to Nova Scotia and back in 2.5 days - I am VERY determined when I want something badly enough.

So when I tell you I will get to Mid-Ohio that's NOTHING compared to what I have already gone through to make other things happen Maybe 2009 Jonas will let me come visit him for a week. But there's something on the list before that

I'm up for a tech day. I got an iPod adapter for the S. And I got some Modifry tools to help do the job. Right now it is too cold and the plastic could end up cracking or breaking. So April seems so far away, but probably a better time to have that done.

Speaking of tech days, I am looking for a good hydraulic garage jack that will work well with the S as well as Connie's Highlander. Anyone have any suggestions. I would prefer to pick up local as shipping on something that heavy will probably cost as much if not more than the jack itself.

I would LOVE to get the iPod adapter... I have my radar detector hard wired and the modifry shift beeper alarm - I wonder if I still have connections available for an iPod too?

Oh well, it's not really an issue since I can't afford it right now anyway Prices have come down though... next year I may actually get one.

the iPod adapter connects to the back of your radio, you have room.

I'm also looking for a garage jack recommendation. I usually timed my car maintenance with visits to my parents ~1 hr away from me, but now with 2 cars, I'm not going to make twice the visits. Plus, I need to change from snow tires to summer tires, so I need to do so in the parking lot here.

Ironically, I have 2 pairs of jackstands, but no jack...

Also, I know it's a noob question, but having never owned an RWD car before, what's the recommended method for jacking up the car for something like a tire switch? Chock the fronts, jack the rear? (I've read the rear diff is a good rear end jacking point) Or should I put the front on jackstands first and then lift the rear so the whole car is off the ground?
