Can you still data log with the Ballistic pre-tuned ones? I thought it was locked down or something.

No as the maps are different for AP1 and AP2. The hardware will all plug in but you would need someone to tune it spacific for the AP2

FYI to all . I have pulled the product and no longer sell these kits. Giles no longer has the time with his day job and family to produce them or support in a timely maner .

Suxor... Are these units locked down such that we can't have another vendor tweak the tune if needed/desired?

We will still help out the locals.

The units can always be tuned. As far as being locked , not sure. I would guess it is so people did not steal Giles work. But it can always be reset for a custome tune. Just you need a tuner smarter than the average as most dont want to tune EU's in the first place.
