All dog owners: Please read.
Well when I used to live up north, my neighbor had a german shephard that I always took care of and played with and the dog was very well trained and was a good protector, it even protected me. Whenever my neighbors went out of town, I would watch over the dog. The sad thing was that I had to go to India for vacation and they couldnt find anyone else to take care of the dog so they sent him to a kennel. The kennel dropped the dog and didnt take care of him properly. When he got out, he had some flesh-eating bacteria and then had to go to surgery and the surgery made him paralyzed from the belly down. It was real sad and painful to watch a dog suffer through soo much pain. Then he was put to sleep and creamated. That dog was like my best friend and I watched it being put to sleep so thats why I say its like one of the worst feelings ever. Noticed how I said "one".
Another bad item is butter.
If your dog has the squirts, you would think that dry food would tighten them up, but instead it irritates their intestines more. Best thing is to feed 'em rice with some canned chicken in it.
I love my dog too, but 11 grand is out of the question. Hard to put a price on her, but I know that wouldn't cut it.

Thats the first dog I actually wanted but I bet trying to groom them is a big pain in the ass. Plus my mom would go off the wall. My dog is short haired but he still sheds a lot. If anyone wants to see a pic of my dog then you can go on my myspace page and surprisingly enough, my brother actually made a myspace page for my dog. Dont ask me why, he just did it
