wish I had time. I work from 9am to 11pm everyday. including weekends everynow and then.
. I used to do cross fit (before current job) and loved it.

Thanks for the update. I needed the extra motivation.
Just finished Phase II this weekend, and though the results are awesome I'm at the point where my body starts fighting back. It always happens approximately two months into any program. My body suddenly decides to reverse my gains somehow and I put a small gut back unexplicably. Frustrating to say the least.
But this time I'm plowing through it. I'm doing phase III balls out, no excuses. We'll see what happens in 30 days.

you only need 1-2 hours for a complete workout

What did you use for the pull-ups and what weights did you use?
I have a pretty big set of dumbells aquired over the years, just the big cheap pig iron hex dumbers I think I have 55, 45,35,25,20,15,and 10's. I used mostly the 35 and 25's during the routines, but used some of the smaller ones to when late in the workouts or odd excercises where light weight would suffice. If you are a bigger guy you might need heaviers ones, but I would say pick out a set that is hard for you to curl with good form ten times, and then one ten pounds lighter and that would get you through.
As for a pullup bar, I had a pullup tower but gave it away as it took up too much space. Those are more ideal, but I just saw the cheesy "Iron Gym" at the grocery store for $25. I went online to a body building forum and did a search to see what people were saying. Guys that were 225 pounds were saying they worked fine and did no damage to their doors so I bought it and found the same. But there are other models out there basically the same design (Weider) so just get the cheapest similar design of Ebay or Amazon and it will be fine.
I also use the "Iron Gym" pullup bar with great success
I'm lacking in the dumbell category (I get through all the workouts with just 25's and add or decrease reps accordingly)--I'd LOVE to get the Bowflex select a weight system or whatever it's called, but it's like $200! That'll be an investment of mine soon though, cuz i plan on sticking with this indefinately
