Deja-vu occurs when the slower half of your brain is catching up to your faster half. One side processes the info, and your other half follows closely behind. Only in cases of fatigue or high stress does it occur. I've spoken to several Nerologists about this, and they've all come up with the same answer, so I'm stickin' to it!
