id like to talk to my father everyday but my mother...whenever all three of us are together and my dad and i get into yelling at each other and end up not talknig for a week or more its always cause of something regarding my mother...so i think you can figure out my sentiments about that

I don't talk very often with mine... If I can, I could go a year without calling them. I do however get a call from them or end up calling them for a question or two once every few months. There are however times I go on holiday to visit them, and then I see them every day for a few weeks solid.

It's not that I'm not on good terms with them, I am. Everything is peachy, and I just don't find the need to tell them every day/week that I'm alive and well. I'm not that chatty on the phone with them to begin with, so I never find the need to tell them what I've been doing in the past few weeks.
