Again, if we're going to "legalize" gay marriage, let's legalize all drugs, marijuana, polygamy (their lobby group isn't strong enough for sufficient representation by themselves), beastiality (same as polygamy), speed limits, "age of consent", incest, and so on. Where does it stop?

If I don't hurt anyone, why can the government dictate how fast I can drive? That's BS.

I'll agree to gay marriage if we can also agree to abolishing speed limits.
Again some of those things you mentioned (drugs, age of consent, speed limits) are there for the public good. Age of sex: not old enough to know you're doing, speed limit : obvious reasons, drugs: brings crimes (not all drugs I know). How can you say that if you speed you will not hurt anyone?

Now for others such as polygamy there shouldn't be a problem with that. I mean I do not believe in polygamy, but I am going to stand here and tell you that you cannot if you choose to. After all how am I harmed? Less woman not taken in the world? Or perhaps jealousy will arise from me ?

They should be allowed the equal right to marriage. Why would I care? How do two men who want to spend their lives together effect me??..IT DOESN'T!!

And again, gay marriage is NOT immoral, unlike many of the other items you list. The line is EASY to draw - immoral acts on one side, moral acts on the other.

You'll hardly get universal support on that.

While the line is easy to draw, deciding where it should be drawn is difficult. One person't moral is another person's immoral.

But if Johnny Gay Guy's immoral doesn't hurt anything, what do you (and your like-minded pals) care?
My "like-minded pals"?

So, if gay is the new black, does that mean black is the new gay? Say that to the next black guy you see.

We hardly have universal support for equality based on race or gender either. That doesn't make the equality immoral just because some thinks it is. Similarly, gay marriage is entirely moral no matter how much support or lack thereof there is for it.

Yes. Other people with whom you agree on this issue. "Like-minded" people, if you will. If you'd rather not qualify those people as your "pals," then that's your bag of crap, the same way it's Johnny Gay Guy's bag of crap that he wants to marry Michael Gay Guy.
