Yikes 330ci's below MSRP are plentiful!!! Hope it at least got you a good deal on the M3... personally I wouldn't want to eat the depreciation for a new BMW for only 3 months of ownership...

I'm not going to take any depreciation, at least none that's significant. It's more of a short term lease, it's a dealership my parents have bought many cars with over the years (they just bought an X5 4.6) so the sales manager went out of his way to make my situation a little easier.

Don't you have any concerns about the 'warranty' on the SMG II? I was going that route as well but opted not to when I heard.

If your talking about "Launch Control" is a moot point, US isn't getting it. I've no qualms about getting SMGII, it's gonna be great.
