If you do a business deal, you ship it out that day. Not wait a week even if you're moving, that's no excuse. You gave him the benefit of the doubt, I think it's time to call him up and threaten. Email isn't much motivation to send back money he's probably already used.

ing thread he posts to and remind the community about how this fellow stiffed me. His "life" on this site would be utter hell. Buuuuuuuuuut...again, that's only *IF* he stiffs me. And I don't think he's doing that...I think he's simply irresponsible.- Dave

Hope everything works, but I wouldn't be so forgiving, you've given him enough time to get his act together and send the shipment, or the payment, the guys does seem sincere in his posts, but that's easy when doing it over the web, I think it may have the makings of a scam... you have lots of patience though, and I commend you on that, a purchase of $400 + would test my patience, that's a good amount of money, and besides the money it's the principle that matters most, anyway, keep us updated on the info, and hopefully you'll get your money back, if it does not persist in the next week or so though, take some affirmative action

... I have extended to him the limits of my courtesy and he has abused it every time IMO. The fellow that I've had this issue going on with is hchu304...Hoover.
