Well, yes and no. Hoover has sent me an e-mail offering digital images of money order receipts (and indicates that he has actually sent money over-and-above the $410 to assuage my displeasure over the transaction...or lack thereof). So that's good news...I think. He indicated first of last week that he'd mailed them Saturday afternoon Aug 23rd from CA (I live in Richmond, VA...other side of country obviously). If he's holding true to his word...I kinda expected to see the money by yesterday the 30th . Sadly...no show as of yet. And with Labor Day (and no mail delivery), I'll be watching the mailbox into mid-week to come.

I'll update this thread when I know more. I still holdout that Hoover does not deserve to be "a scumbag"...but rather just does not have a good business sense about him.
