The only fruad they should be investigating is themselves.
I stopped using the account already.
I wish there is an easy way to close it.

Got one but don't use it nor intend to on a lage scale. I wonder how ones goes about cancelling it? (Besides just cancelling my card)

I gave them only a card with limited funds on it so I can kill it at any time. Pehaps it's different with International Accounts.

Being an Ebay seller i have no choice but to put up with their crap.

They claim that they transfer funds at "the market rate" when doing conversions from US top CDN $.

Their rate however happens to be 5% lower then what can be obtained anywhere else.

When i called customer service, they are always clueless and insisted that this was the "market rate"

The biggest threat to any company is when it thinks it is large enough to ignore and abuse its customers.
