Default Special deals on PS2?

Are there any out there right now?
In some ads I've seen, they even come with a game or two with the regular console price.

Let me know if you see any.

It is pretty normal for a console to have "bundle deals" after a year or so on the market. Electronics Boutique usually has great deals, but that's the only cross border electronics store that I can think of. All the others I know are Canadian

KB toys has 30% off on 10/8 - 10/14 because of a law suit settlement they have to pay to their customers. Basically they advertised higher prices from their competitors in some of their ads. You have to request the discount, its not 100% on consoles but it is valid, there is a news link out there but I didn't save it.

Never buy a used PS2. You'll likely have enough problems with a new one.

I've had my PS2 since they were $400 CDN (they're $200 CDN now)... and it STILL runs beautifully. I dust it weekly, check the cables, and keep it in my room (dark and dry place). To sell it with all my games, I'd probably ask $500 CDN (I have a lot of games, plus I'd value the console at $150 CDN, it's in THAT good a condition)

$500 CDN = 3 cents american

Seriously, it's about $370 US.

I've had my PS2 since April 2001

Games:
Auto Modellista (with network adapter)
DOA 2: HardCore
Devil May Cry
Drakan: The Ancient's Gates
Final Fantasy X
Gran Turismo 3 (duh...)
Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty
Ninja Assault (with Guncon 2)
Ridge Racer 5
Robotech: BattleCry
SSX
SSX Tricky
Xenosage Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht (the will to power)

2 dualshock 2 controllers, two memory cards, DVD control kit (basically an IR receiver that plugs into the controller port and has a remote control)

All cables and controllers are working fine (main controller's button shapes getting a little faded), console itself is working superbly

^__^

I honestly had more problems with my XBOX when I had one. Controller 1 had a bad joystick, the cable breaker didn't click shut, the drive failed about 3 times, and I had to get a warranty replacement on the hard drive -__-
