Ya, i think that covenant is to prevent "hair salons" in the house type businesses. My wife works out of an office in our house and maybe 2 times per month a client will stop by to drop off papers... it is rare..... Not like we have a "quicky mart".

My "breaking the rule" is invisible to the neighborhood..... his isn't.

at least it'll hide that hideous swing set and part of the god damn trampoline.

If I were you I'd get a fence so I could hide the first level or the backs of those houses. JFC buy some GD pine trees or something. Who wants to see the back of a neighbors house like that.
