lol... this actually happened to us when we used to live in diamond bar, we had a long driveway and a house whos property went along the driveway. we left for vacation and came back and theres an 8 foot black fence that looked hideous that ran on top of the wall of our driveway. we pulled out the power tools at 1 am and woke up the whole neighborhood cutting it down.. they took the fallen fence away and never said a word about it.

well..... i hate backing down on shit..... my wife runs a mortgage broker business out of our house.....which apparently is against the covenants...ahahh.... so the president of our Homeowners association mentioned that my neighbor would probably lose his fence, but we would more than likely have to close or move her business.....

I hate people. I am sitting in my 2nd floor and can see right over the ****ing fence.... there is no privacy except for maybe in one corner for about 4'....?? ****heads....

build something right in his line of sight that would piss him off. seriously, probably should let it go and wait for an opportunity to strike later on.

They will probably get this stupid thing finished today.... here is what my view is like....No one else has a fence in our entire Island of houses.....

Just for fun I went over and pointed out what nice neighbors we have been (we took their mail in for 3 weeks while they were on vacation, close their garage door when they leave for work and forget, move their newspaper to their porch if they are gone, etc.......)..... hopefully he feels like an asshole now, but I doubt it...

This is from my kitchen table.

that is the other issue.... the covenants have not be enforced.

they say....no sheds, no above ground pools and fences of 42" or less.

I would guess there are 40 sheds, at least 2 above ground pools and at least 3 big plastic fences and probably another 7 wood fences that are taller than 42".....
Give it up Scot. If the covenants have not be enforced and all that other crap has been done, he wins. That is unless you can make everyone else give up everything that's not in the covenants. We couldn't make a guy remove a broken down old 60 foot shrimp boat from his yard that he hoped to someday restore. Why? Because the covenants hadn't been enforced on fences, out buildings, and a business where an old lady cut hair in her house two days a week.

Scot,

Article 4, section 4a thru d, of your neighborhood covenant (I should know-I was able to read a copy of it) deals with the maximum height of your lawn. Clearly, you are above that limit.

MOW YOUR LAWN!!!!

Just kidding
