Customer service in general is in the toilet... try calling "customer service" for just about any business these days and getting a live voice on the phone before you have to hit some number on your phone!
Sadly, most places have become like a Honda dealer... you, the customer, are negligent or at fault until proven innocent, and if you're not a pissed off customer to start with, you will be by the time you wait and/or deal with the idiot "working" for the company.

That is a GMC Typhoon. - All wheel drive, leather, and more importantly, 285+hp and 360+lb ft of torque right from the factory. I sold my black one to get my Type R, and have pretty much regreted (spelling) it since...... so, i am hoping to start working soon, sell my S2000 (Megabusa will do just fine) and get another Typhoon.
Maybe today the bagger punk's won't throw my grapes underneather my soup and soup, and i won't be so damned grumpy
