not exactly sure of the county/province ... but, i hired an attorney last year for my 'required appearance' at the Dragon courts. I think his name was 'Charles Brown' (no, seriously, Charlie Brown) and i was very pleased with the results. But, mine was strictly a speeding incident. I never had to appear ... just write a check

My understanding is PPG offers a tinted visor strip but to have a full tinted windshield you must have a doctors note.
