Having daily driven polyurethane with stock shocks and coils, I can say 95A poly is entirely liveable on the street and adds minimal NVH. With stiffer springs it could be a problem for some. Mugen and Spoon are around 65A and still rely on deflection to allow for movement, which means there's a greater possibility for deformation of the suspension geometry under high loads.
And most importantly some people don't want to take apart their suspension annually to regrease poly bushings or drill holes for zerk fittings.
