Thank you for the responses. I'm going back there tomorrow to fix this issue. I will tell them to make sure they push the wires down and make sure the pull the brackets forward to make it fit. I have to go there anyway to have them fix the bluetooth add-on they didn't setup properly

I'd rather have them do it because (1) I paid them and (2) I'm not so handy

You dont need to be handy to fix this... If your hand can turn a screw driver then you could fix it and get it right And besides... those of us that can do this stuff in our sleep werent just born with the knowledge we learned. And since you bought and S2000 you clearly have the good half of your brain working... so you do just fine hehe If you change your mind let us know.

My headache continues with this....

Tweeter did manage to install the headunit propertly (i.e., it fits), BUT
they could not get the bluetooth adapter to work....

Basically, the phone can connect to the unit (usually), and I can hear people over the speakers, but when I speak into the mic you can't hear me. It sounds like a robot.

Any suggestions?

P.S.
Due to all the problems I've had, they have reimbursed me for my troubles. Also, that store is closing down, and I don't want to take it there anymore.
