Default Front Door Speakers

Im looking to get better sound from the Stereo in my 04 s. But I have the factory cd changer in the trunk so Im not really looking to swap out the HU and just have the changer sitting idle. But is it worth it to change out the front door speakers? Will I see that much of a difference?

It'll make some difference, but the weak link in the chain is the stock HU.

I'm sure you can connect the changer to an aftermarket HU as well (either Pioneer, Alpine or Clarion depending which CD changer you have).

Have a search around here, there's probably a definitive answer regarding the changer.

Even an aftermaket HU will only help so much. You'll probably want an amp as well.

Depends on who you ask. Worth is always highly subjective, regardless of topic. The gain from just swapping out speakers is always minimal. For some it's enough. For others it isn't. There's no one-size-fits-all answer to questions like this. Hit a car audio forum. There's nothing really S2000-specific about your questions.

Consider the specs of the speakers you're considering and how much power they need for optimum sound.
