so after dropping 8K plus on my last vehicle for a system i didnt want to do anything to MY01 but i see its an absolute necessity on these things! i DO NOT want to get into a huge install and start hacking up/custom fitting parts. basically i'd just like to replace the door speakers with something of good quality (i have a set of boston pro 6.5 components not in use), change out the deck and amp the door speakers. i think this would give me decent enough sound and the volume (lacking distortion) necessary for top down cruising at highway speeds. a little low end would be ok but i'm not looking at tossin a sub in the car, just dont want to go down that road. am i going to be able to wedge those Boston's in there or should i pick something else up? i've also got a six channel fosgate amp thats laying around, bi wire the components and have a couple channels left over "just in case"? point where i need to go!
