The NVX tweets fit just fine, and are half the cost of the Arc version for (literally) the exact same driver. I just shaved down the posts and a few other plastic bits on the tweeter grille, took the metal grille off the tweeter, and fabricated a 3D printed mount to hold them in place. Looks 100% stock. The passenger side has tons of room behind it, and the driver side pushes slightly against the CCF I have on the door.
Other than that, I have some Stereo Integrity TM65 mkIIs in the stock locations, and a 10" Sundown SD-3 in the passenger footwell, all being powered by an Alpine PDX-V9. It gets loud enough to completely drown out road and wind noise at 70 with the top down, but is smooth enough to think that you can talk over it...until you try.
Nice job on the install and brackets! There's no way that those NVX tweets will fit on the outside of the door skin without making the OEM grill larger to accommodate the larger NVX (SB29) chassis. The way you choose to do it is nice! Well done!
Respectfully...For reference the NVX tweeter and the Arc Audio Black tweeter are NOT the same tweeter.
