I recently bought an AE86 for a drift project and it came with 5" Alpine Type-S speakers. I'm not going to need them for a dedicated drift car, so I'd like to mount them in the door of my S.
It wouldn't be hard to fabricate some mounts to aid in this install, but I was curious as to if there are any pre-fab mounts for doing so seeing as they're smaller than the OEM speakers.
If this is a ridiculous question, please let me know as I don't know much about audio. Thanks!

They should fit in the stock speaker mounts with very little work.

 

I just assumed that they'd need some sort of bracket around them being as they're smaller.
