I have a 2007. I want one that is not expensive. like the blitzsafe, but i am not sure if this will fit in the 2007. So will some one please inform me on where to find out which one to get, or just tell me which one is the cheapest and which ones will fit.

Granted, threads move based on activity but this one is 11 down from this thread:

As in the other thread, I'd recommend saving the money you'd spend on an interface and applying it toward a new HU with a built-in iPod interface. Unless you can find a dirt cheap interface.

If I could get an answer to my thread I would have the Honda iPod cable for sale.

You can get an isimple from best buy ($119?) and it works fine in the S. It "tricks" the HU ito thinking your ipod is XMRadio and the Data display and dash controls work, as does the controls on the HU. If you have a newer (4G Nano/Itouch/Iphone 3G/s) you'll need isimples adapter for newer ipods.
It works better than Honda's MusicLink. I removed my "glove box" and ran most of the wires and rested the module there. The ipod cable runs through a hole I drilled into one of the cubbies.

Honestly, I would consider getting a new headunit, the stock units are pretty weaksauce, and just the headunit upgrade will be much more cost effective and many of the newer headunits come with MP3 interface for under $200, and most sound noticibly better. Hell, demo some models at a retailer get the model numbers and search them on google, you'll be amazed at the markup on car audio.
