Default need help

I have a 2000 s2k and i just installed an amp and sub. Amp and sub work fine but passenger window wont roll up now. I dont know what i could have done. I checked the fuses and they are fine. I ran the battery power cord thru the grommit behind the battery and the remote turn on was run to the ignition accessory plug on the fuse box. I have the stock head unit with the rear channels added to power the amp through a low pass xover. Any one out there know what could be my problem?

I am an idiot. But i have to admit that is different from every car i have ownd that the safety switch shuts off the driverside controls as well. ANd i guess i kinda freaked out bc the last time i did an amp install i blew a fuse behind the panel of my maxima and i would have cost 1700 to fix the errors but they warrentied it. So i was a little freaked out ..... But thanks anyway for the simple answer for the dumb question from a noob.
