hi all...

i'm gonna try and install my own alarm...and if all goes wrong, then i'm gonna take it to an installer...but i'd like to give it a shot...and don't worry, i am an electrical engineer, it'll just take me a bit to recall the electronics side of my education...

what i was planning on doing was taking the OEM Secuirty System Harness, and splicing into that, then go ahead and plug and play...hopefully it'll work.

anyways, i was wondering if someone knew...

1) Power Door Locks...Positive or Negative Activated?
2) Door Polarity...Positive of Negative Activated? (this is for the door being open or closed)
3) Trunk Hatch...Positive or Negative Polarity?

ps, has anyone installed their own Aladdin alarm? any tips you could give me? i'm not gonna install the remote starter, that's a headache and i won't use it anyways.
