Hi Guys, i have a question, i've looked through the forum, but unfortunatley i cannot seem to find an answer. i'm adding an amp to a factory HU. will i be able to run RCA? please let me know. 2007 Laguna Blue Pearl S2000.

 

Just get a new head unit. The stock one is crap. You can do it, but you will need to run a line-level output converter. It is really not worth it, as you will be amping an already processed signal, just inviting distortion in the signal. With that said, you just need an LOC (I think Crutchfield has them for $50-75). That converts the speaker wire output of the head unit into RCA's for the amp. Some amps do have line-level inputs, but they are few and far between.
