Default One Touch Power Down

Can the passenger door window switch be changed with the one-touch down by replacing the actual switch? Has anyone tried this before? What about replacing the passenger switch on the drivers door for one touch operation. The window goes down automatically with the top so I figureed why not?

Also, is there a way to lower the top using the remote such as instead of unlocking the trunk? I always use engage the emergancy brake so that is a mute point for me.

Do you also leave the top unlatched when it is in the closed position? Otherwise, you have to be in the car to unlatch it and at that point, what function does a remote serve when all you have to do is flip the switch?

I installed a DEI 530T module - it gives me one-touch up and down windows on the driver's side. Its also wired into my aftermarket alarm so I can remotely lower and raise the windows, and the windows auto up when I arm the alarm. Plus, if I'm raising the windows with the module, I can shut the car off and they will continue to go up.

As for the top, since you have to latch it manually, I just do it manually.

I am also interested in changing the two non-auto switches to the main driver switch if this works.
