Default Problems With Oem Cd-changer

I am now having my 4th stock cd-changer installed at the dealer. The first one got jammed, the second worked for a week and then said "no CD" when trying to listen, and the latest one skips uncontrollably on smooth roads and when shifting. Less than smooth roads it becomes completely unusable.

Has anyone else had these types of problems?

I have a 10 disk Kenwood changer in the trunk
It came with MY01 that I recently bought
It too, skips when going over bumps
The road has too be smooth for it to work right
Wonder if this happens with all brands?
The changer is mounted on it's end.
How is the OEM mounted?

Have them take it back, then spend the money on an MP3 Head unit.

The stock changer is mounted flat on its ass on one side of the trunk. The first changer I had never skipped, even on big bumps, but this one skips on smooth roads.

The real kicker is I didn't want the changer to begin with, but it was already installed and the dealer wouldn't remove it.
