I live in VA where radar detectors are illegal... of course Id still want one just like any normal person... but Ive always wondered, do they have radar-detector Detectors? Like... how would they ever know I had one unless it was in plain sight (which obviously means Id hide it)

There is such a thing as a radar-detector-detector. A radar dector generates a low power radar signal inorder to have something to compare too. However most radar dectors are shielded so they emit a signal.

has anyone tried the inv1si mirror? I know it is not specifically for the s2k but I wonder if anyone out there has tried it as yet?

Heard once you have used the V1 Arrow function, anythingelse just doesnt compromise, even against the 8500 X50. Is this true? (I guess I can anticipate some biased responses)

Currently using the X50 and it works very well. It does get it's share of falsies but which detector doesn't?

Purchase the V1 and 8500. Both have a 30 day return. Let us know which one you keep. I have the used both and love the V1
