I'd think that with the seat all the way back, the lucid panels should sound better but what do I know, I don't have either

I have done some un-scientific testing with and without the grills installed on S-Pods. They only muffled the sound very slightly, nothing like a seat pushed up against your speakers does.

Pricing is: $240 + 10 shipping(continental US) + 19.80 tx for CA residents. I can supply a wiring harness for the stock HU for $20.
