Default Speaker Wire Upgrade

Newbie question.
How much impact does speaker wire make? Will it be noticeable when the power increase is minimal?
Thanks.

That all depends on what guage the wire is to begin with and what power you plan on pushing through it.

Yup. Most of us with amps run 12AWG.

If you upgrade, it will always help signal transfer. The question is, are you using the OEM deck, aftermarket deck or seperate amp? OEM deck, probably wont' help much due to the low voltage signal. Aftermarket deck, could help some (noticable but nothing to make you say HOLY HELL!). Seperate amp, definitely!!! You're cutting the signal down by running it through tiny wire. Hope this helps.
