I was thinking of using a box, about the size of a cigarette pack, & securing the relays in there for better mounting.
(also in case a relay takes the day off, easy access/replacement)

This Hella Relay looks like its a heat sink too, how hot does it get?

[*] The ground from (85) on the Hella relay *may* need to be connected to the ECU ground for the relay to work. The relay operates by switching the ground at (86). This must be the same ground at (85)
^^How did you wire it up freezingcoffee?

I wired it up via the diagram. The relay doesn't get hot at all and isn't annoying like a relay that is constantly clicking.

You would still need to convert to a PRA map correct?

Yep. You will need to copy the map AND expand the rev columns- ther is no PRB map for the s2000- be careful when you do it- fuel and ignition maps!

No mounting- They 'fit' on the sheemetal ledege under the kick panel- where the carpet ends- and the carpet keeps them in place (how I did it)

Another question.
Once this is done, do you think you can use the PLX Kiwi bluetooth device, to view AFR?
I'm trying to choose between that, or tunerview.

Is this burnt board issue only on the newer boards? I have an older board that is wired up just like JustinC's diagram and have had no problems.

Thats good to know. I wanted to ask you if you had any problems. I wired as Justinc and Topillogic did. I don't think any of us have had any problems.

Yup, no trouble with mine. I'd do it over unless I was starting from scratch then I'd probably try the Evans Haltech piggyback (assuming it was released). Lots of nice protection options in the Haltech software.

Only thing I get occasionally is a slow response from O2 heater code if I leave it out overnight in the winter. That may just be a problem with my specific sensor. Either way I just clear the code with the Tunerview once it's warmed up for half a minute.

Not sure what board rev. I'm running, bought it maybe a year and a half ago, now.
