500WHP on pump is around the limit a head gasket may be benificial. I have used Copper and would not recoement it, Inline Pro is the best option hands down. I would also recomend head studs which makes the retorque much easier.

If you follow the directions and have a good tune you should have many miles of trouble free operation.
