Default AEM check engine light question

I have AEM Ems and Ap1 - I'm doing some cluster gauge swapping.
Anyone here knows what pinout in AEM EMS is the MIL LIGHT wire (Engine check light).

I don't know if AEM has or no MIL LIGHT pinout.

thanks

What are you needing it for? AEM wont throw any codes that would light up the CEL like the stock ECU does

Thank you....that's good enough to know. I have a CEL wire in my new gauge and has a CEL light.
Now that I know AEM does not handle CEL code which is good for me to know.

AEM doesn't have OBDII which means the idiot light won't work like it used to.

That said, you can set it up to work however you like. As the AEM doesn't drive the ECT gauge many use it to show an overheat (as above) but you can configure it to light on any condition you like. Just wire it to one of the available spare outputs.

I just got a tune today, I'm also running aem v1 I was told to not worry about the stock temp gauge because of the fail safe system on the ems the check engine light will only come on if your car temp reaches 241 degrees F. Hope this helps

Purchase an ECT to get you temp gauge working. No one in their right mind runs without a temp gauge.
