Default AFR adjustments using wideband

I've searched and read about AFR wideband gauges. I have a CTSC w/ AC and dyno'd it with the stock pulley. However, I've decided to install the AP2 pulley for a little more boost and install a wideband O2. Would you feel comfortable adjusting the regulator based upon hte AFR reading from the wideband or re-dyno it?

No need to dyno with the afr guage. Yes I do it all the time. I use the AEM, works quite well. I can tell you from experience that with this set up you will need to crank down your fpr to about 4 threads showing from the lock nut, just to get you in the ballpark, fine tune with your guage. Hope you have a vafc or you will be running very rich pre vtec.
