The pistons im using dont have a HP number that im aware of, my clearances are setup to easily handle 200 per cylinder. My specs are on my f24 build log.

From the pictures, this is a street car. The manifold in the pics is a twin-scroll T4. I didn't think the 3584RS came in a divided T4 turbine housing. All of the parts in your build seem more than adequate for the power levels you are targeting.

More revs allow less boost for a given power level. For a street car, WOT throttle will be in shorter bursts. It is possible to just use a chiller (using the a/c compressor to cool the water in an air to water intercooler) and reservoir without heat exchanger (the a/c condenser coils become the heat exchanger.) It wouldn't work on a road racing car but would work on a street or drag car. Some drag cars rather just fill a dry ice box to cooler the water since there runs, even for 1/2 mile, are under 30sec-40sec.

IAT is the villain here, it reduces charge density. The higher the pressure ratio the hotter the air coming out of the turbo. The advantage of the chiller or dry ice is cooling below ambient; air-to-air and air-to-water intercoolers that use a heat exchanger to cool the water are both limited by ambient temps. The chillers aren't that expensive. The compressors are already cut out at WOT by the ECU. That would be a problem on a road racing circuit, but not on the street or drag racing where WOT occurs in short bursts. https://killerchiller.com/, https://fiinterchillers.com/, and https://www.activeinterchiller.com/ are vendors.

If you order from ATP turbo they offer a lot of custom turbine housing options. If you order the gtx3584rs directly from Garrett you only have the vband option but ATP offers several t3/t4 open and divided configurations.

Will do. I'll be tuned by Rob Reinen of Prayoonto Racing. Turbine A/R is 1.06.
