boost leak test wont build past 10psi

boost leak test wont build past 10psi

I recently ran a boost leak test on my car and i didnt find any major leaks. The only odd thing i noticed is that the guage wont go past 10 psi. I have an aem digital guage. Any ideas?

Yes i have a hondata 4 bar.
