The dyno'ed car is a 04-05 S2k. I think that would explain the drop off after 8K RPM.
That explains it... Thanks

It sounds like exactly what a lot of people have been looking for all this time. A lot of people want more than the Comptech or Vortech deliver.

I'm of the opinion that the LoveFab kit removes many of the hurdles to turbocharging as it's pretty complete, but I'm sure there is still quite a market for this SC.

Unfortunately one of Comptech/Vortech's strong selling points is CARB certification and unless BRP attain that there will still be a market for the centrifugal SCs.

Since the car is so much more powerful down low, lowering the transition to 5000 or so would be easier.
Yeah, I'm with you man. It just got me wondering that's all. Lowering the crossover point is the easy fix.

Vortech isnt CARB certified.

BTW, I know I am not authorized to speak but I am really dissappointed in the torque #'s - and this is on an ap2. Sure the torque graph is nice but I still think the amount needs to be higher. If it had a max of 240- 260 rwtq I would be interested.

From this page:
http://www.vortechsuperchargers.com/products/systems/

50 State Emission Legal

Each Vortech supercharging system, unless otherwise noted, meets both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and California Air Resources Board (CARB) requirements for classification as 50 state emissions legal under CARB EO # D-213-17.
Hey, but thanks for coming.

No one has brought up this question as yet.

Will the RWTQ/RWHP increase + reliability justify the Price tag ?

Hey, but thanks for coming.
I stand corrected.
I did post the wrong statement though. I was going to post an irrelevant comment like "But the Vortech will void your warranty unlike Comptech is installed by a dealer"...

You must be proud.

I've seen your other posts and you're pretty hard on people who get things wrong. You might like to think about his thread before you blast somebody next time.

That is subjective. The question you (and I) should be asking is will it fit RHD?
