Anyone concerned about fuel economy at a track day has their priorities jumbled.

Anyone who so crassly misunderstands is jumbled.

Don't finance modifications. It's a bad financial move.
Modding in general is a horrible financial move but we do it anyway

why do you have to ruin my dreams so quickly

I must admit, I was hoping BRPerformance had some sort of payment plan... Now I just have to pay for my honeymoon and taxes and I will be ready to go!

Brant,I had one of your very early mp62 kits on my miata, back when it was just you and james.I sold it when I bought my s2k.I can assure everyone here you run a first class organization.

My car spends a lot of time at the track. How would this kit handle hard 25-30min. track sessions, any problems with heat, clutch?

Joe@BRP, Did you find the time to check fitment for a RHD.
Oops, forgot to post back. Looking at the pics you sent it looked like there was about 6" of room between the engine and the brake lines. IIRC, the blower needs 8-9" measuring from the cam cover. The next hurdle would be the filter. It looks like you'd have to mount one directly to the throttle body to get it to clear everything unless there is room to snake it underneath the brake/clutch parts on that side. Something like an HKS filter may fit, but I've heard of those breaking apart and getting sucked into turbos/engines. I'm not sure if someone else makes a filter that small that could fit over there. The throttle cable shouldn't be a problem because it comes out of the same side of the firewall that the supercharger will be on, so that's a plus. Once we get production parts on the car, I'll take more measurements so that you can compare them to your engine bay.

AusS2000, how much room were you able to gain once you moved the bracket?

Yes 6" between valve cover and the brake lines, Moving the bracket will get you to around 7" . And the blower needs 8" to 9"

When the final brackets are on, I'll remeasure everything. We may be able to gain more room somehow.
