They just got the throttle body done and on the car and were out testing it again today. They're talking about trying to shoot some video of the car against a stock S2k and a 220whp supercharged Miata to show the difference. Stay tuned.

The power an engine can produce is directly proportional to the amount of air you can shove in. You can use this equation to get a basic estimate of how much flow rate you will need to make a certain amount of power:

Flowrate (Q) = 1.67 * Power (P)

where Flowrate is in CFM and Power is in HP.

Here is some data on the MP62 charger straight from Magnusen:

And the MP90:

Does anyone know if BRP is going to go for CARB certification?
When I spoke to Brant a while back he said that a CARB certification for California will be based on California interest. I am in California so I will have to wait and see.

The MP90 takes more hp to turn, so it's not really suited for a 2.2L engine. Bigger is not always better. At least on this motor it's not.

Was it Gerdaland that put a Novi 2000 blower on his car? From what I remember, he ran into more problems than expected and there werent any gains.

The BRP kit will not come with a larger fuel pump/bigger injectors. Apparently the stock fuel delivery system is adequate for this power level.
