Compound the power delivery and speed of that 'area under the curve' with time and you can start guessing what kind of ETs you will run...
This kit's going to be hard on the drivetrain but I already want one.

You'd have to go with a larger blower, as this kit is already approaching the maximum safe operating speed of the MP62. Not sure if there is enough room in the bay for an MP90.

A proper standalone EMS would help to extract a few more ponies from this setup.
Correct, this blower is running close to peak efficiency.... however during testing they were able to produce some good #s.

Originally they were going to offer two versions of the kit. A sort of high boost version.

Not sure what has happened since.

kit looks great, but what are the projected wear factors on the engine/drivetrain. unlike a VTSC this eaton is building boost at lower RPMS and thus putting more stress on the engine when its weaker(at lower RPM). same goes for the tranny.

I'm not a big fan of where the air intake is...any concerns there? Maybe I missed it, but what are the projected costs? Install time? Thanks

I think I will be able to get a good 20-25 RWHP with a good tune using an EMS or K-Pro. I should be able to get another 1-2 PSI with a 130mm crank pulley (puts the SC at 18k at redline) - assume that would equate to another 20 HP.

I am planning to go K-Pro as soon as it is available.

No more so than a turbo at the same boost levels.

another 40 or so hp, that's along the lines of what i was thinking. If this kit can make at least 360 rwhp I'm ready to put a deposit down

On the SOT forum I saw you posted something refrencing a C6, how do you think your car in its current tune would fare?

Enjoy the Dragon!

Wow! That's the power curve I have been looking for, very impressive.

I think if he can get another 20hp like he says he will be able to take out some vettes at the track. Simply because the power will be plentiful and the stock gearing will help things along.

A 370-390rwhp lightly modded c5 is considered stout.

Stock can be anywhere between 315-330rwhp. I've seen all kinds of numbers when I was part of the club.

With this SC the power weight ratio is dangerously close.

I can only imagine the track guys bolting this up to their light weight setups.

BTW i'm glad my update thread still lives over at SOT.
