Change the pulley ratio need more flow/boost with that intercool in there, there is plenty of head room.

Great numbers. Comparing this to Comptech's kit with aftercooler on an AP1 (on Comptech's website), the SOT kit is putting down 30whp/58 ft-lb more @ 3000 RPM, 40whp/58 ft-lb @ 4000 RPM, 63whp/67ft-lb more @ 5000 RPM, 51whp/47ft-lb @ 6000 RPM, 71whp/24ft-lb @ 7000 RPM, 51whp/33ft-lb more @ 8000 RPM, and finally, 45whp/23ft-lb more @ 8800 RPM. In other words, it destroys the centrifugal kit. This thing should simply walk away from a Comptech'd S2k with aftercooler at the standard boost levels. The AP2 should put down even more torque.

I am spinning the SC at 17,400 RPM when the car is at redline. Depending on who you talk to you can spin at safely to 18k in normal use (not sure what normal use is - but assume it does not include racing, etc.).

I still think I may have some belt slip and need to try out a gatorback belt to see if that helps any. I also have one more pulley option that will put it right at 18k.

First I am going to play around with removing the IC and using the current pulley configuration to see what the actual loss is with the IC - thinking it is dropping somewhere in the hood of 1 to 1.5 PSI.

I did a dyno overlay for you guys starting at 3000 rpm. I just grabbed a dyno graph off this site of an ap1 with a catback. Enjoy!

I am currently using the ELF that SOT provided with the kit, but it had a very lean spot just following VTEC. I installed a 5th injector and a splitsecond controller that allowed me to fill in the lean spot - it also had a side effect of adding a significant evaporative cooling effect under boost where I can actually get IAT's near or at ambient under boost.

I plan to go with either the AEM piggyback or the Hondata K-Pro once one of them comes available.

As far as the question about when it will be available - it ties into the engine management issue. The ELF is not a perfect solution - SOT is looking at other options (an improved ELF version, AEM PB, etc..). They will also offer the kit as a tuner kit where you can select your own management option (EMS, eManage, etc.). Along with providing a turn key kit with engine management - the last mechanical phase for SOT is to finalize the IC kit in order to offer it as a tuner kit. This should be done by the end of April.
