Decided to go with the revised ACT PP and oem clutch disc. Ordering shortly.
Have you look at this clutch? FX100, I think I am gonna go with that. Seems like an awesome price since it comes with bearings too. SOS charges another 140. I've had clutchmasters in my STI and A4 and they always performed great in the past!

Well that's just great... but considering the stock clutch will hold back 7.5psi of blazing furry... I think your CC clutch isn't really worth mentioning yet. Let us know what you think when you push past 10psi ...where the stock clutch has trouble. Digging your ride BTW

^ That would be too weak for what I need as it is only 70% over stock holding ability.
I think the ACT should be perfect for my needs. Got the ACT PP for $350 brand new and the oem clutch and throw out and pilot bearing for another $200 or so.

Yeah my stock clutch even with 138k miles has been holding my 7 psi great.
But don't think it will handle 12 lol.

Just DONT get a CC stage 4. Its not fun at all to drive and is almost completely on/off.
I look like and idiot who has never driven stick at least once but usually many more times a day.
I concur

Bringing up old thread here but i have same clutch and feel exactly the same way! Also the clutch doesnt let go at high rpm.

I know CC have a decent name but I wont touch their products again.

Just got an ACT PP and oem clutch installed. Feels great! No chatter, stock like engagement and really feels very nice. Very happy I went that route! Gotta break it in still and then re tune is in a little less than 2 weeks and then I can see how it feels full throttle shifts.

I've had the SOS sport clutch installed for a few hundred miles now. At first it engaged very abruptly yet smoothly. Now it's less abrupt (more like stock), but it chatters when I try to use reverse and sometimes when I start moving in first. Aside from that, it's just like stock and it held fine on the dyno too.

I can attest to this. I've got about 5k miles on mine. I'd recommend it to anyone 400whp/250wtq or less. It’s been a popular choice for SC guys out here in my neck of the woods. And of course the lighter the flywheel you use the more you can push its rated holding capacity. I have had no hint of any slipping at my current power level.
