Comptech SC VS Vortech SC
There's also a guy in this area with a Comptech non intercooled/non aftercooled putting down 326whp on a Mustang Dyno!! He goes by ChargedS2K and his car is up for sale.
That number just blooooows me away.
I have yet to dyno my Vortech S/C'ed S but will very soon.

Come on man. Did you read all of the threads related to this subject before asking these questions?
With a supercharger there are custom intercoolers for comptech and the intercooler that comes from vortech with the supercharger kit. air/water/heat exchange intercooler like the vortech maybe good for 1/10th off the 1/4 mile time. It will reduce AIT temps by 30 degrees, which would make a positive hp gain, how much? It will vary due to a multiple of conditions and variables that can come in to play.
You have about a good 3-4 hours of research and reading on this subject just from threads on this site. I have read for several weeks on end, just to determine I didn't want to go to a turbo and then hours of reading on comptech vs. vortech and then chose the vortech due to intercooler, price, fresh oil supply to the turbine, R&D by vortech and the plug & play electronics that are ready to go as soon as the kit is in. Fine tuning the a/f ratio via a VAFC seems to be good for another 20-30 whp. A bored out TB and port matching the intake could yield a few more ponies by freeing up the airflow on it way into the intake.
