That is the link for em. You just need to buy two female barbed fittings and your good.
The part number is 7775K63
The item is described as :

The can be opened with .3 psi of vacum or pressure and can hold up to 1000 psi. I know it is over board but you just never know. They also have plastic ones as well that the RX7 guys use that are cheaper but why not get the nice brass ones and not worry about it.
Now here is the question. HOW ARE THOSE GUYS AT Crank Vents link above selling those things at such a HORRIBLE price. I hope you guys will take the info I posted here today and save yourselfs some money.
GOOD LUCK GUYS!!!

Well Timg,
That is actually up to you. All your concerned about is that you have the right barbed fitting that will hook up to the size hose you are running. I would go with the 3/8 or even the next size up. Just make sure you can get matching barbed ends in the size you need. Any other questions?

For what it's worth, the Krank Vent system uses two check valves. One goes between the PCV valve and the intake manifold and the other goes in the line from the front of the valve cover to the intake by the air cleaned. The check valves are oriented so as to maintain a vacuum in the crank case. The front check valve only opens if there is positive pressure in the valve cover/crankcase; the rear check valve only opens when there are vacuum conditions in the valve cover/crankcase. And, yes, it is a good idea to run a vacuum in the crankcase.
