I'd say it's air in the system. If it were a headgasket, it would overheat even w/the other other thermo's. Drain it and refill it again?

We couldn't get temps down so we installed an electrical pump that's connected/controlled to the AEM.
That solved the problem instantly.

Hopefully some dyno results soon now, if there aren't any other problems that is....

Interesting. Is your water pump faulty? Unless you do have air in the system, and the electric pump is moving more water and the air isn't a problem.

Who knows...in for dyno results.
