Sounds like you need to find a better tuner.

Your hardware is also holding you back tremendously. In addition to your cast manifold, the 2.5" exhaust is not enough for the 2.4L engine, and your 2" intercooler piping is also restrictive. Keep in mind that your larger displacement engine needs to be able to move more air in and away from the engine so replacing those parts before seeing a new tuner will definitely put that e85 to use. What AR is the turbine housing on your turbo?

I agree. I feel you would need at least a 3" exhaust and piping
to allow the motor to flow properly.

.63 is definitely too small for a 2.4l. I know it's probably not what you want to hear, but your setup is the biggest thing holding you back right now. Sure, you could probably do a little better with a new tune, but to really utilize the larger displacement, you should look into upgrading to at minimum, a larger IC and exhaust setup, and turbine housing.

I culd get 3 inch catback but i got no room for a 3inch downpipe But if Do this and the intercooler piping and have the 2,5inch downpipe Do you think 400hk i possible ? Or Will the engine get damage becuse the Turbine housing is so small? What wulde be a god choice for the turbine ?
