Could this be used with a returnless intank sender.I think this could be an alternative to changing out the sending unit in the tank for the Inline pro return kit. Is it possible to eliminate the surge tanks return line to the cars fuel tank. Just run a single line from the tank to feed the surge and then a feed and return to the fuel rail. Curious if this would work as i'm looking to upgrade to e85 in the future. I have a 340 Aeromotive intank pump now. Would be awesome to not have to remove the sending unit again and I'd really like to keep the aeromotive pump. Maybe run it with one of your 340 pumps on the surge.

pump in the surge tank needs to flow more than the in tank pump? It is what actually supplies the fuel to the engine, but the pump supplying fuel to the surge tank can be smaller?

Yes, the supply pump can be stock and it'll still work.

As far as the returnless setups, you would still have to tap the top of the hanger to return the fuel.

Exactly what i need!!

I do run a 255lph HRC intank pump, so i think i need a larger surge tank pump? Or do i need to install the oem pump in the tank and a 255lph pump on the surge tank?

Can you offer it with a polished finish and the red/blue AN bungs?

Let me know a price shipped to europe, netherlands! I need something like this asap!

Thanks!
You wont need smaller intank pump . A walbro external pump is good enough. We can make it with any lines you want and a polished can but it will cost more. I'll send you a PM.
Cool!

But perhaps its better if i use my old oem intank pump and my 255lph HRC pump at the surge system? Normally the surge pump is always stronger as the intank?

Im looking forward to your pm! Dont hesitate to give me a price listing with the different options you can make me! ( with/without walbro and with polished/black tank red/blue an bungs )

Fantastic product again! Awesome! Cant wait to install it and get rid of my left turn fuel starve!
